Came across this (like most of my music) through charity shop raking, and thank god and (my mum) for the pleasure you get when getting things in these places, to which you'd never had been exposed to. I'm not an MP3 downloader or iTunes or Spot spot listener, i still like CD's. So when i saw this and their eye catching cover, couldn't wait to listen to it. It's amazing, one of the best CD's i've picked up in a long, long... time. For me i'm not someone who gravitates towards vocal heavy music, as it's difficult for me to listen too, so things ike this appeal no end. The scale, mixture of textures, space and depth ike listening to a planet getting crushed by a black hole. Amazing, highly recommend this.

But all of a sudden echoed their most catchy number Olympians (a tribute to Vangelis) of their album Tarot Sport (2009) during the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. On Slow Focus search Andrew Hung and Benjamin Power wont turn the darkness on with a dose of gritty and vintage electronic music. A song like Stalker does, with its mechanical rhythms and analogue of scratchy noise even think to the ritual industrial bands such as The Allergy Group and Cabaret Voltaire. But what happens if the particular lengths increase the best songs from Fuck Buttons invariably do: they rise up and touches every sense of time search. Slow Focus may sound more abstract, darker and more impenetrable than Tarot Sport but is certainly a strong Fuck Buttons-plate.
