Released in 2011, Brother, We Are Devils is the second full-length album from This Glass Embrace. The title was inspired by a Stephen Crane poem, a poet the band often references. I stood upon a high place, And saw, below, many devils Running, leaping, and carousing in sin. One looked up, grinning, And said, Comrade Brother Conceived of as a two part album, with the first five songs being titled The Whispered East and the latter five being titled Brother, We Are Devils.
